Qualification – Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing Preferred but not Essential
Roles & Responsibilities
- Aiming at Business Development by tying up with leading Real Estate Firms / Developers. Aiming at Concept Selling / Solution Selling.
- Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
- Organizing Sales & Demo Visits. Managing a team of sales professionals.
- Coordinate with inter departmental teams to carry out smooth and steady engagement process for the home buyers as a part of an advanced marketing solution.
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance.
- Creating a relevant database of existing, on-going & upcoming projects of Real Estate Companies.
- Should have knowledge on RERA (Real Estate Regulation Act) laws and rules that go around them.
